At Vasiora Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimate or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized orders

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@vasioraluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@vasioraluxe.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
